     We are delighted with the house Pat Marshall Construction built for us in The Bridges of Rivermist. The workmanship is excellent and the house is a very good value.
     We were originally attracted to a spec home Pat had built. It was a very good fit for our needs, empty-nesters moving to a ranch home. However, another buyer beat us to it. We asked Pat to build us the same home. They worked with us to make the modifications and additions that made it the perfect house for us. Unlike many other builders we investigated, the prices for additions and modifications were fair and reasonable. They even worked with us to keep the prices down.
     Knowing we had become "homeless" (our prior home sold on the first day), Pat completed the house a few weeks ahead of schedule. If we decided to build another home in the area, we would definitely have Pat Marshall Construction build it.
